Waiting on Wednesday #101: Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs

This week the book I am waiting on is Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs. It's the 3rd and final book in the Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series. It's due out September 22, 2015 from Quirk Books. An excerpt is available on Scribd.
